These Terms and Conditions are provided by Roofometry for use of its website and the Roofometry SMS account-notification program. Separate agreements may apply to paid services.
Using Roofometry
Provide accurate information, use only accounts and phone numbers you are authorized to use, and do not misuse the service or attempt to access another person’s information. Keep your sign-in credentials and verification codes private. Demo features may change or be unavailable and should not be relied on for urgent or emergency communications.
SMS terms: Roofometry account notifications
Roofometry sends requested phone-verification codes and account-access notifications, such as notice that a manager has activated your company access. This program does not include promotional messages. Message frequency varies with your requests and account activity. Message and data rates may apply.
You request a verification text by submitting your phone number with the Text me a code button. Ongoing account notifications require the separate, optional SMS consent checkbox. Consent is not a condition of purchase. You may skip this step and use the service without opting in to SMS notifications.
Stopping messages and getting help
Reply STOP to unsubscribe from SMS. A final opt-out confirmation may be sent. You may also turn off account notifications or remove your number in account settings. For help, use the Contact Roofometry link below. If you change or give up your number, update your account so messages are not sent to its next owner.
Delivery and charges
Your mobile carrier’s messaging and data charges apply to messages you send and receive. Delivery depends on carrier networks and service availability and is not guaranteed. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Roofometry SMS is not an emergency service.
Privacy and changes
Our Privacy Policy explains how Roofometry collects and uses messaging information. We may update these terms or discontinue the program. Changes will be posted here; a materially different messaging purpose requires new consent. These terms do not limit rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
